Coaching Seminar with ESBA-European Systemic Business Academy
From the beginning of 2011 TOGETHER has been a partner of the international campaign "Go International". The Austrian Chamber of Commerce supports projects that bring innovative know - how for education in Bulgaria. Our Austrian partner is the ESBA-European Business Systemic Academy that has been teaching Systemic Coaching for 15 years.
TOGETHER offers in Bulgaria the licensed ESBA-Intensive Coaching Program (2 semester or 14 days long). It is a comprehensive coaching education for managers, trainers and consultants and at the same time the first part of the MSc-Masters programme for coaching.

TOGETHER LTD has been working in the field of coaching since 2006, when we carried out our first project - Executive coaching and also Management training for developing coaching skills.
Coaching is a form of learning, where a person –a coach – supports someone else – a coachee – to create learning and self-development in a way that benefits them.

A skilled coach uses a combination of observation, questioning, listening and feedback to create a conversation rich in insight and learning.
