Together in collaboration with VORSPRUNG consulting and European Systematic Business Academy launches new service - professional coaching training programme.
There are three different trainning as follows:
- Coaching competencies training for managers - 10-11.10.2011
- Intentsive coaching programme (two semesters)

On the 17th of March 2011 Together organized an Introduction of ESBA (European Systematic Business Academy)' professional coaching training programme. It was delivered by Helene Pusswald from ESBA., Master of Science Academic Coach and Dragomira Shuleva, Manager of Together Ltd, Regional Partner of ESBA for Bulgaria.
On this event we presented:
- Information about the ESBA' Intentsive coaching programme (two semesters) and the ESBA' Master of Science coaching programme.
- Results of the survey about coaching needs in organizations.

At the very beginning of 2011 we are starting a brand new project: "Highly effective Together".
We will hold discussion meetings once a month, free of charge, for anyone who wants to read and execute the active strategy for personal change by Stephen Covey – “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”.
We have started these conversations with some of you at the Grand Hotel Vitosha on another event of ours “How to turn the potential into success”, and others we have invited personally.
Everyone who wants to become highly effective is invited. The topic of the first meeting is “The first habit – Be proactive”.
You are welcome to come to our office on the 26th of January 2011 at 76 James Boucher Blvd.
The first group starts at 16:00h - 18:00h and the second group at 18:30h - 20:30h

On the 6-th and 7-th of October 2010 is conducted a seminar based on the international training system STRUCTOGRAM® that stimulates the development of social competencies and communication skills of the participants.
The seminar is a part of the international campaign “go international” of the Austrian Foreign Trade Chamber that supports projects presenting innovative know-how from Austria in the trainings field, to our colleagues in Bulgaria.
The training is appropriate for managers from different levels, consultants and trainers, and for anyone else who wants to understand better his/her inherent personality and to use more effectively their own potential in communication with others.
The participation in this introduction module is required step for people who want to receive STRUCTOGRAM® certificates. This certificate gives you the right to use this method in organizing and facilitating trainings . Together Ltd. co-organized the second edition of „My Success” Forum, this time in Retail. For more information, please click HERE
The event gathered more than 100 participants who work professionally in the Bulgarian retail sector. Lecturers were CEO’s of leading retail companies. Our first presenter was Andrei Evtimov – Mr. Bricolage CEO. Together Ltd. not only co-organized this event, but facilitated the Living Book session as part of the Networking block in the programme. You can see our Books HERE . The Living Book method was presented for the very first time to Bulgarian business on 28-29th April as part of the first Forum "My Success". The event was even more successful than the previous one. We had more discussions and more exchange of ideas about achieving success in Bulgaria. We have already started preparing for the next "My Success" in Pharmacy, coming in September. 27.05.2010 On 27th May 2010 in Varna ZAEDNO co-organized the CommuniNations – transnational communication training system. This is a development workshop of LLP – Grundvig Partnership LLP/AT – 430/4/08. The participants were Structogram trainers and HR professionals from Bulgaria, Austria and Poland. Organisers of the event were the team from Avangard Personal Consulting Ltd. and Together Ltd. On the workshop were presented the CommuniNations project results and the Structogram method itself and the process of communication between the different countries using the system.
The workshop was the culmination of a project concerning the Structogram method’s developing in Bulgaria and an opportunity to evaluate its success. The Structugram method is the visualized result of the individual biostructural analysis that gives key to self – exploration and an opportunity to explore other people and their needs. The method is used mostly in the field of Sales and Client Service. For more information click HERE.
21-22.05.2010 Together Ltd. participated in the international CEED conference "Connect, Innovate & Grow", held in Tirana, Albania.
The conference started with a speech by the prime minister of Albania mr. Sali Berisha. We will upload on our web site part of his speech next week.
During the conference the participants conducted meetings with Albanian partners about the development and stimulation of regional business. The program included discussions and lectures by local entrepreneurs who shared their valuable experience.

Living book is an interactive method for live discussions. The first Living book discussion started in 2000 and since then it has spread to United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Israel and many others countries.
This method will be presented in Bulgaria for the very first time as a business networking tool on the My Success Forum. It has already been presented on the International conference for Intercultural Dialogue in Sofia March 2010. You can find more information HERE.
20.12.2009 Together was chosen as a partner of the National Employment Agency and it is on the list of organization, which employees that are granted vouchers from the Ministry of labour and social policy can use to improve their qualifications.
