“Training programme for developing basic key competencies for the M-Tel’ employees – 2010”
2. Number - training types and description of the targeted group
Training were focused to the M-Tel’ specialists, experts and managers. During the period July – November 2010 we conducted six two-days training programs and the topics were “Time management”, “Ability to work under pressure” and “Conflict management”
3. Our method of approach
This training programs were a result of the Together’ team efforts to create and offer client orientated approach, satisfying specific M-tel’ business needs for improving skills and processes in the organization.
Combining an interactive presentations and facilitating the group process we provoked the activity and the involvement of the participants during the different training days. We supported building of new skills that you can easily execute in practice by resolving different cases and role-play games.
