Two two-day trainings for newly hired consultants who offer vouchers and talons in Billa (May 2008 – April 2009)

 

3. Our approach


After meetings with BILLA managers, the following training topics were determined:

  • “Sales Consultant” – presenting the specifics of the job and developing partnership attitudes towards the clients and client-oriented approach for sales.
  • Knowledge for each stage of a trade meeting
  • Communication Skills development
  • Proactive behavior training during trade meeting

After the training, the analysis and recommendations were summarize in a report that was presented and discussed in feedback meeting and steps forward start to be made.
