It is very important to communicate and argue convincingly and to participate in discussion with confidence. The module "Negotiation skills" gives to the participants knowledge for the formulation of positions, constructive leading of conversations and skills for negotiating.

 

 

Topics covered in the training:

  • Developing convincing argumentation
  • Participation in discussions
  • Active listening and usage of techniques for debate
  • Identifying and using the signals of the body language
  • Analysis of the our own behaviour during negotiations
  • Purposeful preparation, structuring and leading of discussions and negotiations

The fee includes - textbook and materials for the training.

The first taking of the test for certificate is included in the fee.

  • For early signing – discount 10 %
  • For more than three signed participants from one organization during the year – 5%
  • For more than seven signed participants from one organization during the year – 10%
  • For more than fifteen signed participants from one organization during the year – 15%
