It is very important to communicate and argue convincingly and to participate in discussion with confidence. The module "Negotiating, discussing and arguing your case" gives to the participants knowledge for the formulation of positions, constructive leading of conversations and skills for negotiating.

  • Developing convincing argumentation
  • Participation in discussions
  • Active listening and usage of techniques for debate
  • Identifying and using the signals of the body language
  • Analysis of the our own behaviour during negotiations
  • Purposeful preparation, structuring and leading of discussions and negotiations

The fee includes - textbook and materials for the training.

The first taking of the test for certificate is included in the fee.
