Management skills for DSK Bank.

 

2. Number – Type of training and group description

 

Two days training for 14 key employees, who have been included in “ Program for Talents Development” in DSK Bank.

 

It was conducted in July 2010 at Emen village.

 

3. Our approach 

 

After the preliminary meetings with managers and HR representatives we created specialized training program. We included different cases and demonstration games, questionary for self esteem, and etc.

The main aspects in the program were:

• Goals setting and effective communication;
• Team management and conflict management;
• Leadership and delegating skills.
