The importance of team work for the successful execution of tasks is constantly increasing. The right management is vital for the qualitative and timely completion of a project. The applying of methods and techniques for solving problems in the team is just part of the exercises which are going to be done during the training.

The first taking of the test for certificate is included in the fee.
