One-day training for internal communication based on the method "World Cafe" for 120 employees of FSC (October 2008)
3. Our methods of approach
The human resources department of FSC invited us to apply the method "World cafe" in order to discuss important questions related to the development of the organization. The preliminary program and the main questions that were discussed were determined in advance with representatives of the senior management of Financial Supervision Comission. Divided to three groups, the participants discussed eight key questions for the present and the future of the organization.
The gathered information was organized in a report which was analyzed by the senior management and the HR department in order to improve the internal communication in the organization.
