 Two two-day trainings for newly hired consultants (May 2008 – April 2009)

 

3. Our methods of approach

 

During the preliminary meetings with managers from the company we agreed on the following topics related to the training:

  • Introduction to the specifics of the work of a sales consultant and development of skills necessary for a successful sale and client oriented approaches.
  • Research of knowledge for the different stages of a trading meeting
  • Development of communication skills
  • Training of a proactive behaviour during trading meeting

 After the training the analysis and recommendations were generalized in a report, which was presented and discussed on a meeting with the management of the company.
